Lie Angle 4 Par: I have found the Ft-iz to be lower spin for me as compared to the FT-9 – I have played both in imix – so was able to compare head callawway head by flipping the same shaft between the two heads – I find the “IZ” more forgiving for me – by a good margin – for that reason and the spin I have found it longer “for me” by about 15 total yards – but again, not sure I would attribute that all to spin and launch characteristics – probably just overall better launch conditions including better ball speeds on less than optimal contact with the “IZ” – on clalaway imix – I have not found shafts to play stiffer due to the technology – but then again I have never done a club to club analysis on a flex board with an imix version as compared to the same set up glued.
